- Prompt Data: Custom prompts you create and save
- Context Data: Files and context you upload to the web app for AI assistance
- Usage Preferences: Settings like theme preferences and anonymization configurations

3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide the Service: Operate and maintain the desktop and web apps, including processing your prompts, uploaded context, and short-lived session transcripts to generate real-time suggestions.

4. Data Storage and Security
4.1 Where Your Data Lives
- Desktop Documents (Local Prompt Studio): Processed and anonymized locally on your machine. We do not send the contents of these documents to our servers.
- Context Data (Web App): Files and text you upload as context are stored in our secure infrastructure (for example, databases and vector stores) so we can retrieve them during your sessions.
- Session Transcript Data (Web App): Your microphone audio is streamed in real time to our speech-to-text provider solely to create transcripts. We do not store raw audio recordings on our servers. Transcripts are processed in memory during your active session to generate prompts and are not written to our long-term databases.
