PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: July 11, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Braveyo LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles your information when you
use Concuror apps. Concuror is a Braveyo LLC brand for small, simple apps.
2. Apps Covered
This policy applies to the following Concuror apps:
- ConcurReminder — a countdown and reminder with a location-aware historic incident
database
3. Data We Collect
Concuror apps do not require you to create an account or sign in. We do not run our own servers for
these apps and do not store your personal data from their use. The apps work with the following data:
- Location: If an app requests it, with your permission, it reads your device location to
provide location-based features. Your coordinates may be sent to the OpenStreetMap Nominatim service to
determine your city and state; that request is governed by the
OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy.
Otherwise, data matching is performed locally on your device.
- Local app data: Your content, events, reminders, and settings are stored
in a local database on your device. Notifications are scheduled locally on your device.
- Platform data from Apple or Google: Aggregated sales, installs, crash reports,
and basic diagnostics that the app stores provide to developers.
- Support communications: If you contact us directly by email.
We do not collect analytics, advertising identifiers, or other tracking data from within these apps.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use the limited information described above to:
- Understand stability, performance, and crashes based on platform diagnostics.
- Verify purchases and downloads as reported by Apple and Google.
- Respond to support requests and troubleshoot issues you report.
We do not sell your personal information or use these apps for targeted advertising.
5. Data Storage and Retention
Your content is stored on your own device and within the Apple or Google ecosystem (for example,
backups tied to your platform account). We do not maintain separate servers for your app data.
Uninstalling an app removes its locally stored data from that device.
6. Third-Party Services
- Apple and Google: When you download or use our apps from the Apple App Store or
Google Play Store, Apple or Google may process store account information, payments, crash reports,
and basic install analytics under their own privacy policies.
- OpenStreetMap Nominatim: If an app uses location services, it may send your coordinates
to Nominatim for reverse
geocoding, as described in Section 3. No other personal data is included in that request.
7. Children's Privacy
Our apps are not designed for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal
information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please
contact us so we can delete it.
8. Your Choices
- You can deny or revoke location permissions for our apps in your device settings.
- You can delete content you create in the apps at any time from within the app.
- You can uninstall an app from your device, which removes its locally stored data.
- You may adjust system-level privacy settings for analytics, diagnostics, and backups through your
device settings.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our apps or legal
requirements. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your
continued use of the apps after changes are published means you accept the updated policy.
